Message from the President

Alka Charitable Center is a non-profit organization and has been helping students of the poor families since 1997. It is registered in Canada and India.

Every year in our “Scholarship Award Program,” we are helping students of recognized schools and colleges in the city of Haridwar and its vicinity. In addition to this, we are also running free tutorial classes for upgrading the students in their achievements.

This year we are proud to announce that four classrooms are now ready to accommodate all our students ( class V – XI ).This great success actually we have achieved through the financial aid from TELUS because of Mr. Prabhat Kulshreshtha and Mr. Neam being employees of this organization. Further, I am also greatly thankful to all my supporters who have made us now capable of running the activities of the charity more efficiently. Next year our project is to furnish these classrooms.
